+ The room stinks of cigarettes and we asked for non smoking. The website says free parking included, but there is only paid street parking. Parking is very complicated and requires Azerbaijani phone number and loading it with cash at the store. Nice location and staff, but room stinky and parking so difficult. Not as advertised
