− With all due respect to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, this review is dedicated to the hotel owner. Here’s a quick rundown of the pros and cons without going into too - The curtain is busted and torn. - The safe doesn’t work because they locked it. I asked multiple times for it to be fixed or replaced. The first day, they promised to send a technician, but the second day, they said they fixed it, but they didn’t. - The shower head doesn’t work in all three rooms I booked. In one room, they sent someone to fix it, but in the others, they didn’t. - The bed is not a king bed as they claim. It’s actually two separate beds placed together, one higher than the other, and it’s absolutely uncomfortable, especially when they don’t match. - The pillows smell awful like dirty hair. The cleaning lady doesn’t change them daily, nor the bed sheets—she just reorganizes them. - The door is very hard to open and loud to close. - The carpets are all stained and dirty with holes. - The breakf

− My upgraded room (3014) faced a construction wall. The room felt dark and slightly stuffy. The door was stiff to open and close and the bathroom faucet direction was off. The bar/coffee shop downstairs is a nice concept but some cocktails on the menu are not executed well. Room interiors are dated — old carpet, wallpaper and furniture — though this is consistent with the hotel's character and price point so not entirely unexpected.

− No kettle plug socket on the TV counter. Maybe use an extension cable ? Had to boil the kettle on the bedside table.
