− The lift was not working properly on arrival. The Room AC was also not working and we were told that it takes 15 minutes to start. The locker in the room wasnt working as well. The hotel is on the main road so the expectation was that the windows would be double glazed to reduce the noise in the room, which they weren't, so we had quite difficulty in sleeping. Breakfast had a poor variety of foodstuff, compared to the money being charged. The bathroom linen was of poor quality and the towels had their edges worn out. Also, due to our flight delay we wanted to check out late and paid half of the room rate. The staff asked when we would check out and we told them around 6PM. They stated that they may change the room since the room was boked for another guest. We agreed to that. The expectation is that once you pay for half day (it was the same price even if it was 1 hour beyond check out time) one can stay for 12 hours beyond the check out time, however in our case, were told to c
