Overall satisfactory but smell from bathroom from room 332 was causing discomfort during our stay
+ Location was good, Staff was very good. Bath room were smelly causing discomfort in rooms. Breakfast was average and no eggs which is normal item was not avaiable.

Great location, modern elegant room and good breakfast.
+ Perfect location. Very modern clean room with balcony and all facilities. Room service and free water each day. Great choices for breakfast’s. Polite staff with gentleman that carry on your luggage. Well rated 4 stars really. Very convenient stay, till the surprise last day, that was strange… see below.
− It was possible to pay partially in USD and rest in local currency. I have not received a printed bill for staying. What would be not needed, unless … and the check out I was requested if I may cancel my reservation. I was not sure if I had provided in advance card details, so I preferred not to. And only hidden reason might justify that request. Which spoiled the full good impression. Then it appeared that hotel cancelled by themselves my booking (not true as I stayed and paid). So as experienced booking com user, I reported that. Even if I understanding reasons, that shall not be as that.

Exceptional
+ The hotel is great for young people and families. It's close to Nizami Bazaar, the Old City, and tourist attractions in general. You can walk to Nizami Bazaar, the Old City, and the Corniche, especially.
The staff is generally helpful, especially the receptionist Mr.Malik and the restaurant staff, Zeki, Nazim, and Fargana.
Overall, I recommend it.

+ Although we stayed, somehow admin managed to mark us as a no-show in Booking system.
Booking.com, and hotel admin, please resolve it.
