+ I stayed with my family in duplex room. Very comfortable and located. We loved our stays in this hotel. For family destination it is good choice. Recommend

+ Der Hotelzustand ist katastrophal: alles marode und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Im Bad Schimmel an Wänden und Decke. Kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche - gar keiner. Frühstück: 4/10, akzeptabel, aber nichts Besonderes. Wir waren zu viert, bekamen aber ständig nur 2 Handtücher. Spa-Bereich eiskalt, Saunatür schließt nicht dicht. Kostet 13 € pro Person - absolut überteuert. Einziges Plus: zentrale Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Nicht empfehlenswert.

+ We had to sit on the stairs in the entrance hall and have our breakfast—no dining room. The bathroom was filthy, not dirty. Never stayed in a hotel like this in my life.

+ Staff was very friendly, clean room and silence destination. Spa was very well equipped.

+ From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. They even offered me complimentary tea while my room getting ready. The cehck in process was smooth and efficient.
