− oda ne yazik ki cok temiz degildi carsaflar vs kil icindeydi temizlige biraz daha ozen gosterirlerse dsha iyi olabilir

− The only good thing is the location, the hotel room was ok but the bed sheets were not clean, when we asked the staff to change the room, they refused even though there were other rooms available, however, they gave 1 clean set of bed sheet. It is 2 star hotel at the max, they are charging price because of the location. No lifts available and the hotel is at 1st floor, so those people who cannot climb stairs should avoid it.

− I was speaking with property for a week and was getting confirmation all the time that room is available, but on the date of flight I received WhatsApp message from the property that due to error in booking .com there is no room available. They confirmed that it’s due to booking . Com however I shared with them the chat messages where there were continuously confirming that room is available. Since it is on nizami street , it seems that due to increased tourism they just took walking customer and blamed bookin.com, I don’t know whose mistake but it needs to be addressed.
