+ Good Hotel, great Location!

+ Baku is a great place to visit, clean, friendly, safe and cheap for food and drinks

+ The hotel is a small and friendly hotel. the location is very good, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very helpful. breakfast is very nice, not too fancy but more then enough. on the downside, there are quite a lot of stairs to climb from the street level, there is an elevator but it only goes half way. there is a bell boy to help with bags etc.

+ This is an old building that has been upgraded into a hotel close to Fountain Square and many good restaurants. There is an elevator but you must climb up one flight of stairs to get to it. Some rooms do not have windows so be certain to tell them you want a room for a window. There is no extra charge.

+ Good situated but: Room smelled to cigarettes too much! We asked for another room non smoking and they say no. One day electricity and water run off. Another day at 7pm room was not made. 2 guys were very helpful but 2 others were terrible.

+ This hotel is close to Fountain square, old city. Staff is very kind but some of them don't speak English fluently. I stayed economy room and bigger room because I extended my schedule. Bigger room is acceptable for price. As for Economy room, it is very narrow and drainage is not good. Because difference of price between economy and bigger room is not small, I recommend bigger room.
