+ After a little confusion at check-in, we had 4 fantastic days at Sera Hotel. Kamran and the breakfast woman were warm and friendly, always offering tea and coffee. Kamran was ready for conversation and to answer any questions at any time of day! Great breakfast, too! and in a beautiful, over the top dining area.

+ The location is very good. I chose a room with a balcony, I'm glad I did, the view and air of the room with a balcony was nice. Looking directly from the balcony to a central location is very good for tourists trying to get to know the city. If you think of the hotel as if you only rented a room, it's very good. The cleanliness is average.

+ In a perfect location. It was within walking distance to everywhere. The breakfasts were extremely diverse and sufficient, and also very delicious. We were very comfortable with our 6-year-old daughter. We did not encounter any negative situations during our stay. One of the employees is a very friendly and helpful lady, I thank her very much.
