+ Calm and nice hotel in central Baku. Nice and attentive staff.

+ When I arrived at the hotel the told me at the check in that my reservation was cancelled and that they don’t have any rooms left. Even though they reached out to me the night before, asking when I would arrive. Terrible experience.
