− Cleaning staff is not very attentive. Second day my hotel robe was replaced even though I only used it once. Moreso, the pockets were never checked. As a result, my qute expensive necklace which I left there before taking a shower was taken away and was never found and returned. When replacing towels and other expendables, it was common that several items were replaced with only one (one towl instead of two, etc.). Lastly, one of my mother's bags were mistaken for garbage and nearly went missing like the necklace. Thankfully, the missing bag was quickly returned. In the SPA area swimming pool tiles are occasionally missing, showers seem not working as they should both here and in the rooms Music in the outside pool is too loud during the day.

− AC issues, it was cold outside but hot in the rooms, they were kind enough to shift rooms but clearly they’re more prepared for heating the indoors than cooling it down.

− The swimming pool area is rather small and at times struggled to get a sun lounger. The whole area can get busy and overcrowded very quickly.

− Room service is always late despite the said “ they will come or do sth very shortly”.
