Greate hotel

+ Clean, beautiful, with stunning city views. Nice large pool, sauna, and hammam. Polite staff. Great location in Vake.

− Unfortunately, room service was slow. I ordered bed linens and water several times and waited 20 minutes. They only responded after repeated calls.

− On the day of check-out, the hotel experienced a complete power outage. Everything stopped working, including the elevators, which made it impossible to go up or down the building. This caused significant inconvenience, especially on the day of departure. While technical issues can happen, the hotel could have handled the situation better and communicated more effectively with guests.

Great Stay with a Beautiful View and Nice Spa Facilities

+ We stayed for one night to enjoy the pool and spa, and it was a great choice. Our room was on one of the top floors with a beautiful view over the city. The room itself was modern, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A wonderful dinner was included with our stay, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. The indoor swimming pool was very nice, with large panoramic windows and a small outdoor terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

− The only minor downside was that on our first day the spa and hammam were not fully operational, and only one of the three saunas was working. However, this did not significantly affect our stay.
