− I have stayed at this hotel several times, but this was by far my worst experience, and I have decided that I will never stay here again. The biggest reason is the staff. They are completely unhelpful, and during all of my stays I have almost never seen any of them smile (with the only exception being the lady who plays the piano). The staff are remarkably rude. During breakfast, while I was pouring coffee into my own thermos, one of the male waiters sarcastically said, “Go ahead, fill it all the way up.” When I looked at him, he then said in a very rude tone that they actually do not allow guests to do that. His attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The day before, I had paid for a room reservation for a friend. Unfortunately, my friend could not arrive that night and came the following morning instead. Even though we had already paid for the room, I politely asked the receptionist if my friend could have breakfast. They refused without making the slightest effo
