+ I had a great stay here, everything was clean and close to transportation options to see Tbilisi. I will stay here again if my travels take me to the Georgian capital.

+ Expedia said that they will give me 750 pints, nothing was given yet

+ Very helping to sol e problems. Wiling to assist as posible.

+ We arrived at 4:45pm and reception told us the room wasn’t ready . We had a tour at 5:30pm and wanted to be able to shower and change. Staff told us it will take 20 before the room can be ready when it should have been ready at 3pm. We ended up unable to shower and had to change our clothes in the lobby bathroom area. After 20 mins we hoped the room would be ready but it still wasn’t and we had to leave our suitcases in the receptionist desk for them to bring up later when room is available. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

+ Good Hotels, but there are some rooms without windows.
