+ The staff were very helpful. The room was fine. The location, on Rustaveli, is very central.

+ The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Much nicer than the pictures. The shower is good, air conditioner works well, wifi is good. It is very quiet. Towels, linens etc are clean. There is free instant coffee and tea in reception.

− It's a 20 minute walk to old town. You enter through a beat up parking lot to reach the hotel, but it is surprisingly nice inside.
