+ Good location, very kind receptionist. Small room, but cheap so you get what you pay for.

+ Die Bilder der zimmer , entsprechen nicht der Realität. Habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt . War erst in einem Zimmer wo das Bad noch im Rohbau war , als dann in das andere zimmer durfte , war ich immer noch entsetzt …hat es gestunken . Schimmel in der Wanne , Toiletten Schüssel kaputt . Wasser lief ganze Zeit aus dem WaschBecken . Bin nach 2 Stunden Aufenthalt aus gecheckt .

+ The location is very good, short walk to lots of cafes and restaurants. My room was very simple and basic, which i don't mind but the bed was really uncomfortable. The listing claims there is a 24/7 front desk but in the 5 days I was there, only twice was staff in the reception area. There is a big sign with a phone number though so what they mean is that someone is "available" 24-7 but you have to call them, which means you need a local number to access a 24-7 front desk. The cleaning lady is very sweet and nice and helpful too. I had to get laundry done while there and she will do it for you, it was very cheap but it's overnight service. Overall I didn't mind my stay, it was priced very well and the location is great, so if you're on a budget, it's a good option

+ It is ok for 1 or 2 nights. Laundry and kitchen facilities are only available for the higher priced rooms. Noisy with construction and traffic.
