+ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Batumi. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, and the service was truly exceptional. Everything was made even more special by the amazing hospitality and attention to detail. A very special thank you to Zura at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed, always making sure that everything was perfect. His genuine care and warm attitude made such a difference and made my stay even more memorable. I am truly grateful for such a wonderful experience and would definitely love to return to Hilton Batumi. Highly recommended!

+ The staff is really nice, every time I needed something they came and took care of it. The room is large and spacious, there is both a bathtub and a shower, plenty of space on the sink to put things, a very comfortable bed and the view from the balcony is amazing, there is nothing blocking the field of vision. There's a crazy selection at breakfast, and in the evening it's very fun to sit in the restaurant upstairs, which has a gorgeous view.The hotel is conveniently located by the sea.

+ Hilton Batumi – Extremely Disappointing Start to Our Vacation We arrived at Hilton Batumi only to be informed that, due to overbooking, our family would be transferred to another hotel for the first night of our stay. We specifically chose Hilton Batumi and planned our entire vacation around its location. This is especially difficult because we are traveling with our son, who is on the autism spectrum. Multiple hotel transfers, changes in routine, and uncertainty create significant challenges for him. At the time of writing this review, we are still waiting in the lobby for a manager and hoping Hilton will take responsibility and find a solution. Unfortunately, no solution has yet been offered other than relocating us. This situation has caused significant stress at the very beginning of our vacation. I sincerely hope Hilton Batumi will resolve this appropriately, and I will update this review based on how the hotel ultimately handles the situation.
