Holiday Point Orbi City

− Bathroom doors didn't fit in the frame, one towel smelled like sea and the AC didn't work perfectly. Nearby shops are extremely expensive (compared to the standard prices in Georgia), you have to go further to find something reasonable.

− Waiting for the elevator, considering that this is a large 40-story building, could take 5 minutes or more. The elevators cannot cope with the flow of people.

− The room was not clean – the floor had not even been wiped. The most disappointing part was the security deposit. The owner charged 50 GEL as a deposit but never returned it. I clearly explained in advance that I would check out early at 6:00 am. He agreed, saying he would collect the key and return the deposit. However, when I came to their office at the agreed time, no one was there. I called him, and he said he was at karaoke hanging out with friends and could not come. He told me to leave the key at reception and promised to return the deposit to my Visa card later that day. Unfortunately, he never sent the money. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
