+ La localización
− Cuando llegamos estaba diluviando, no nos costo mucho encontrar el bloque de recepción que era el A en el piso 4. Nos dieron habitación en ese mismo bloque,lo cual lo agradecimos porque estábamos empapados y volver a salir a la calle era una odisea.Cuando llegamos a las habitación,se oía un ruido tremendo del aire que entraba por la ventana(hacia realmente malo,muchísimo aire y lluvia),no había papel higiénico en el baño y había restos en el WC de haberlo usado y nos lo dejaron allí de regalo ..fuimos a reclamarlo y solicitar un cambio de habitación para lo cual accedieron sin poner ninguna pega,lo malo era que era en la torre D y tuvimos que salir a la calle nuevamente....
La nueva habitación sin ninguna incidencia. La limpieza no era muy buena y en el baño huele exagerado a desagüe. No estuvo mal, pero bastante básico y sencillo,aunque por el precio tampoco se podía pedir mucho más....

Budget friendly stay, amazing location, fantastic view
+ The Orbi City buildings are 3 different Block (A,C,D), and you may reserve a room in any of these block from official website, alternative service provider or even locals. so the quality of stay, is depending on service provider, the block, the floor, and etc.
we stayed in block D, it is not as busy as block A, newer and better location. overall all building located in the city center and you can take bus, or walk all of city. a lot of markets, restaurants, cafe and bar is available nearby. the reception is placed in 4th floor of block A so it is not needed to wait for main reception line! the staff are friendly, helping and speak English well. we stay 7 days and they provide 1time free room service and they do everything like a hotel. the property in 42nd floor was like pictures, clean, with amazing view, and almost all of facilities noted were available. the WIFI is good enough for daily uses. the safety is reasonable and nothing to worry.
− note that all the area (Almost all of Batumi), is still a construction site, especially in ground floor where they are building the mall. there is no locker in room. kitchenware are not luxurious and just there to meet a need. they don't provide any detergent (except shampoo and shower gel). we asked for slippers but they didn't have. some of our room facilities shows that they need more care or maintenance. pay attention that you are renting in a crowded, budget friendly tower, and you may face some discomfort from your neighbor (Loud music, argument, etc.).

+ Хороший номер. Все аккуратно. Удобная кровать. Есть все необходимое.
− Было трудно понять, как заселиться. Несколько корпусов. На ресепшене, как оказалось, стоять в очереди не надо было. Сначала пришлось подняться с багажом на четвертый этаж, там все оплатить и получить инструкции по заселению
Потом нужно было идти в другой корпус. В общем, сложно, хотелось бы более подробных инструкций по заселению от хозяйки.
Из минусов - в ванной был неприятный запах на утро, но можно было выветреть.
Ну и вид на море не совсем уж на море - скорее на противоположный такой же корпус))
