Batumi Palm Hotel

− Very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and some of the lights were not working properly. The pool area was also disappointing because renovation work was taking place nearby. The pool towels were dirty, and the ground-floor restroom was unclean, with insects flying around. The biggest issue, however, was the refund. The property agreed to issue a refund, but more than 30 business days later I still have not received it. I expected much better service, transparency, and accountability.

− Ванная комната тесновата, здесь и туалет, душ и ванна, если сидишь в туалете и забыл закрыть дверь, тот кто будет входить может дверью ударить.
