+ Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Great location! I would like to thank again the guy from the reception (sorry I don’t know the name) for his help with my car, he was really kind and a great driver!

+ The hotel staff is the biggest plus, they are so so nice and lovely, always happy to help. The rooms are also not bad, everything was clean and the beds are comfy. The location is also super great, close to everything we wanted to see and the city centre itself. The hotel has its own parking. The only thing that went wrong was WiFi, it simply didn't work on our floor, which wasn't that big of a deal for us. It worked just fine down at the breakfast area. 🌼

+ Kleines aber feines Hotel ohne Luxus das einzige an Luxus ist der 4-5 Minuten Weg in die Stadt. Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen im Hotel sind freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück morgens hat alles was man braucht. Es war ein angehnemer Aufenthalt im hotel und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat die heissen Tage in Sarajevo viel ertragbarer gemacht.
