+ My experience with this apartment owner was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, he tried to make us pay an additional tax that was not mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com listing.
Before checking out, we cleaned the apartment thoroughly and left it in excellent condition. However, when the owner arrived, he ignored the overall cleanliness and went straight to the bathroom. He claimed there were a few drops of water on the bathroom floor and used that as a reason to start shouting at us. In front of my mother and my younger siblings, he became aggressive, used offensive language, threatened me, and attempted to hit me several times. He then demanded an extra €20 without any valid justification. Because of his aggressive behavior and the fear he caused, I felt pressured into paying the €20.
Even if there had been a few drops of water on the bathroom floor, he could have simply asked me to wipe them up instead of reacting in such an aggressive and intimidating way or demandin

+ Alles war sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Gut und gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment. Es ist viel Ausstattung vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
− Wenn man überwiegend zu Fuß unterwegs sein möchte in Sarajevo, ist der Rückweg etwas anstrengend, weil es doch etwas steil den Berg hinauf geht. Man hat aber auf dem Weg auch gleichzeitig eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Stadt.

+ Čist i potpuno opremljen smeštaj. Ima sve što jednoj porodici može trebati. Topla preporuka za porodičnu posetu. Domaćica je vrlo ljubazna.
− Smestaj je dosta visoko tako da se bez kola ne može, ali meni to nije bio problem jer sam znao teren.
