− I did not like this property. This looks very old and shabby. The staffs are not good and very rude attitude. I had stayed with many properties in dubai and this is one of the worst experience. really bad smell like an old property we entered the hotel.

Highly recommend pest control and improving breakfast/ food quality. Staff are the best!
+ We were celebrating an event so they sent us a cake which was phenomenal and the only highlight of our stay. The pool at the hotel and the bar was also very nice! Staff was so hospitable it made up for the negatives
− Did not like the breakfast, the food was just off, even the juices tasted BAD, the room had cockroaches, & the water was either too hot or too cold.

Would recommend, good value
+ Excellent experience form checking in to checking out. Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole hotel.
The swimming pool and gym facilities were good and the location was easy to get to.
The room was very big and comfortable with a nice view.
− Only downside was the breakfast, it had very limited options and I did not use it after the first couple days as the quality let it down.

A home from home for me while working in Dubai.
+ From the moment you check in, you are well looked after. Anshika welcomed us and found an available room, even thought we arrived ahead of check in. Made a great difference after a long over night flight!
The breakfast is excellent. The cooked options were very good, with everything from Eggs Benedict to traditional Dosa. The buffet is also well stocked with everything you need.
The service from the staff is exceptional. Nothing is too much. It’s also friendly and welcoming and in no way overbearing. It feels like home!
My favourite hotel overall in Dubai to stay while I’m working. The location allows easy access to the city without getting stuck in too much traffic. And the staff are wonderful.
