Unfortunately, I had a very poor stay and did not enjoy my visit at all. I’m not sure what the reason was—perhaps the ongoing maintenance—but the hotel should have informed guests about it in advance.
I came with my family so we could enjoy the hotel’s facilities, but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy any of them. Whenever we asked the staff, the answer was always the same: everything was closed due to maintenance. Nothing was as it used to be.
I also paid extra to get a room with a better view, but I did not receive it because of the limited room availability and the maintenance work. Unfortunately, I was not refunded the additional amount I paid.
Sadly, even the staff’s attitude and service were not as good as they used to be.
It truly disappoints me to say this about this hotel, as it has always been one of my first choices whenever I visit Dubai.

+ Very modern good facilities and the staff are amazing especially in the canteen

+ Pets stay for free. Free underground parking. Good location. Space outside for pets to walk. The staff are really nice. The shisha place inside the hotel is really convinient. The rooms are spacious. The bathtub and shower in the rooms are excellent. The beds are big and comfy and the room temperature was nice and cold.
− The noise from the renovations. Some areas closed due to renovations. Like the rooftop bar was closed. The breakfast could include some chicken or beef to go with the rice.

+ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
A special thank you to Mr. Rashid at the reception. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. His excellent customer service truly made a difference and is a great reflection of the hotel’s high standards.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mr. Rashid, for making my visit so pleasant!
