Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai

+ Excellent service. Room is spacious with serene water view. The staff are friendly, very helpful. New year's gala dinner spread was phenomenal, especially the dessert tables.

+ A relatively new hotel with great value for money and exceptional facilities. The beach membership nearby was great, and the food experience terrific and varied. Recommend.

+ The hotel is located close to the city center, with excellent service and high standards. Comfortable rooms and a friendly atmosphere.

+ Great hotel, excellent service, great location right by the sea at Port de La Mer. Free parking and an excellent car valet service.

+ Spent two nights at the Hyatt Centric over the weekend in Dubai. Room is comfortable and spacious for a city hotel, nice balcony looking out over the water or the Burj view on other side. Bathroom is large with a tub and rainfall shower. Relatively separate from the core tourist areas of Dubai; so will be a bit of an uber in any direction (~20 mins) to sights. Tried the ground floor restaurant that was nice and food was good, but service was a bit mixed, and the pool seemed popular but we didn’t use it. We did not try IKKA. Great use of Hyatt points or awards while in Dubai.

+ Just completed a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric in Jumeirah Beach. Not only is its location fantastic overlooking the creek, but it's very modern and extremely efficient. The staff were particularly amazing Naveen at breakfast, Kieu and Sunil on reception, and Lala and Lev. What was remarkable is that so many staff members spoke so many languages, so all the guests who were there felt very comfortable. The food in the Peruvian restaurant was outstanding, as were the murals that had been painted by the chef himself. The staff could not do enough for me, and everything that was required of them, and in particular, they impressed me with their speed and efficiency. The breakfast area was equally amazing, with staff remembering exactly what you had the day before and bringing you the same stuff. I will certainly be returning to Dubai in the future and for sure I will be staying at the Hyatt Centric in Jumeirah Beach. Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Beach, Dubai K
