ماريوت ماركيس جسر ال مكتوم★★★★★

+ I have had a truly wonderful experience with the best customer service from Tracy @ the reception, and Jone. Thank you guys for the this experience

+ Amazing restaurant, delicious sea food and very rich buffet. The most important is the service of the team who made our experience unforgettable . Special thanks to Miss Arjane and Mr Sébastien and all cook chefs

+ The whole Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek team made our stay magnificent. Great on the check-in to the check-out, they paid attention to details to accommodate us and even exceed our expectations. They definitely excelled at it. My goodness, the New Year’s gala was for the Guinness Book of Records—food, music, ambiance, etc. were amazing. I want to thank Jone, Bala, Sofian, Che, Fernando, and the Abu from the Desert Adventures desk were efficient, friendly, and professional and made me and my family feel like family.

+ We had an excellent stay at Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek, and a huge part of what made our experience so memorable was Jone. From the moment we arrived, Jone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness truly stood out. He was always attentive, helpful, and made sure every detail was handled with care. You can tell he takes great pride in his work, and it reflects positively on the entire hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a great atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service overall — but team members like Jone are what truly elevate the experience from great to unforgettable. Thank you, Jone, for making our stay so special. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

+ The hotel was really 5 star. It was really in the middle of the city with all the accesable areas. The front office team was out of the mark and beyond the expectation . We will miss our child Jamil which has really made us felt special. We will come back in Next Christmas for sure. See you Jamil .

+ Jamil was very helpful, The view was amazing of the new year’s eve fireworks. However you had to pay for ice which is just unbelievable. Taxi accessibility was great
