+ Atmosphere of the hotel is always bright and fresh... Location is very sweet 😄 near kana cafe puzati restaurant transport is easily can get... Rooms is very clean and big.. Afortable and valuable less price of rooms breakfast and kidculb... However everything is fine 😊 I am very happy am really thankful specifically Grace and ihtesham is very active friendly supportive..

I don't normally leave negative reviews but this 100% deserves one. Visit date: Sat 8th - Sun 16th Nov 2025. (I departed a day early as i couldn't stand the smell, damp and consistently damp floors). Cost: £1111 for 8 nights This was my fifth Airbnb since July and quite possibly the worst apartment I've stayed in since being in Dubai and quite possibly across the entire globe. Check in: 3pm - No it was 6pm as the room was not ready and sat in the café for 3 hours making me late for an appointment. The room: Was damp smelling which was due to the AC not being serviced for sometime and also a leak from the washing and the water in the bathroom not draining away. The window would not close correctly meaning you could hear a lot of road noise. The facilities, fixtures and fittings were basic but i only used this room to shower and sleep. There was no

+ It was wonderful staying in this property very well worth it. I always have warm welcome on the reception and in room as well. Hospitality is outstanding.

+ Nice location with canal view and walking distance to Burj Khalifa. Breakfast is good . Our server Deveiah is excellent. He is very nice .
