+ Hotel smell so good. Amazing staff: shout out to the kitchen staff, pool staff and security. They are amazing. We had a big apartment with everything that we need. The only thing is there’s construction next to the restaurant area so if you wanna eat outside there’s a lot of noise, but if you’re eating inside you can’t hear them. We took half board in the restaurant and it was the best decision ever: buffet breakfast was really good and evenings also and we never find it cluttered, there’s always 4 or 5 tables available to seat. Another think that we like is, We didn’t have to think about where we are gonna eat since we had a lot of visits planned.

Breakfast paid but without serving

+ The hotel reception promised to prepare our breakfast take away at 5:30 in the morning because its restaurant only opened for breakfast from 6:30. As we already prepaid our breakfast, the hotel rejected to refund our breakfast and insisted to prepare takeaway for us. However, the breakfast was not ready at 5:30am. The hotel reception repeated saying our breakfast was on the way. We ended up leaving the hotel for the airport after 5:30 in the morning without breakfast. The hotel rejected my refund request.

+ house keeping service is not up to mark guest services also needs long improvement no body answers call at all it take several attempts toiletries are not filled and need to ask and wait they say parking is free but need to validate everyday - waste of time
