+ I liked the overall service, the room has a good size and clean. Very good location, and the staff was friendly

+ The front desk staff were unprofessional and took things personally. They responded rudely when I requested a room change to a quieter level, away from the pub, which stayed noisy until 3 AM every night. This hotel might be suitable for those visiting Dubai for leisure, but not for work.

+ Door didn’t lock, chain lock was broke, bathroom was stained on toilet seat and in tub. There was a party both nights with very loud music until 4am and I couldn’t sleep despite the fact I had in ear plugs and my head sandwiched between two pillows.
