Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha

− Not clean, housekeeping services very bad after 40 minutes to providewhat the room lack of which no towelswhen check in no coffee too, General Manager very rude argument with 3 costumers at sametime, noisy at night

− Bad internet and the facilities and no parking

− It was in a very crowded place, people and other guests, I felt very uncomfortable. I checked out after a day or two and got approval from the reservation team of the hotel. I have requested booking.com for refund, which I have not received till date. Pls confirm on that.

− Ce n'est pas la première x ,Malheureusement depuis le changement de propriétaire, j'ai l'impression qu'il y a dû laisser aller. Il n'y a plus de navettes vers la plage.

− The hotel has a fatal flaw, partly self-inflicted. Management evidently liked the idea of making money by subletting most if their underground parking to a separate operator, leaving hotel guests with a hopelessly inadequate handful of spaces, which are therefore constantly full and hotly contested. Meanwhile the street parking (expensive by the hour) is available during the day but because of poor urban planning, becomes a new game at night. Return to the hotel after 10pm when street parking is free till the next 8am, and you will find yourself curb-crawling the local streets endlessly hoping for an empty space somewhere. When you do find it you'll then have a sweaty long walk to get back to the hotel. So - simple advice- only use this hotel if you do not come by car.
