+ Friendly and kind staff. Room clean and confortable.

+ Long story short, I know it’s my fault since I booked the wrong date. But I tried calling them for weeks to see if there’s any solution but no one answered me and that made me have to book a different hotel. If they answered and said there’s nothing they can do I wouldn’t be so upset. But not answering at all that’s not good for a place that is supposed to be good?
