+ I called the hotel to possibly arrange a late check-in. The staff spoke broken English and not helpful at all. They just told me to send an email. I did that, but they never replied to it, even after sending a second email. Several days later when I arrived at the hotel, they had no rooms left. They were acting nonchalant and smug about the whole situation as it was "my fault for checking in late". They didn't try to fix the situation, didn't call any other hotels to check availability. Maybe if the front-desk staff is fired this could be a good hotel.

+ Local com limpeza impecável, os funcionários limpam inclusive os itens da cozinha que você usa( talheres, pratos, etc.), local perto de mercados e lojas, inclusive um KFC, e, se gostar de andar um pouquinho mais, da pra ir a um shopping a pé ! Uns 15 minutos do mercado de ouro também. Não é um bairro turístico, é bem local, você se sente realmente vivendo a realidade de moradores…

+ スタッフはフレンドリーで対応がとても良かったです。施設面では、キッチンなども付いており部屋が大きく、値段以上の広さでゆったり過ごすことができました。朝食もルームサービスだったのも良かったです。
