One of a kind!
+ Amazing property at 5 stars standards and impeccable services. The team was cooperative and was able to accommodate our late check-in request and were very welcoming! The property was exactly as shown in the photos and had an amazing view, it was also sparkling clean and truly luxurious, we loved every bit of our stay here and specially the fact that we had access to FIVE hotel swimming pool and private beach since we stayed at EDEN'S apartment. 10/10 would go back again for my next visit to Dubai!

Misleading, Disappointing with exceptional potential, if only management cared(they don’t)

The photos are what convinced us to book, but the actual experience was very different. The air conditioning was set to 18°C yet the suite never cooled below about 22.5°C, making it difficult to sleep. Two of the TVs only displayed the resort menu and couldn’t stream or mirror via AirPlay because the systems are outdated. Much of the furniture is noticeably worn, and the suite is showing its age.
The first day and a half of our stay was spent with technicians repeatedly coming in and out of the room attempting to diagnose the same issues. Unfortunately, very little was actually repaired. It was concerning that the network technician was also acting as the HVAC engineer, which didn’t inspire confidence that the problems would be resolved. We lost hours of our vacation waiting while unsuccessful repair attempts continued.
