− I stayed at this apartment recently. While the apartment itself is very spacious, the overall maintenance and cleanliness were disappointing. There were no locks on the bedroom doors, and the main entrance door could not be locked from the inside, which felt unsafe. The toilet flush was not working, and the heater was also not functioning when we arrived. It took multiple staff visits before maintenance was finally called to fix the issue. During the repairs, staff entered the apartment wearing shoes, leaving the area wet and dirty, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the bath towels provided were very old and of poor quality. It appeared that they were simply washed and reused for other guests without proper standards. Overall, the lack of maintenance and hygiene significantly affected our stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their service.
