رائعه واتمنى لم اني نزيل يتم الخصم لان سوف اسكن عندكم بعد كم يوم.

− تنظيف الغرفه لم يكن جيدا أبدا. لدي شخص كبير سن طلبت الإفطار بالغرفه لان السكن مع الإفطار لاكن رفضو المفروض في استثناء لكبراء السن. تعامل موظفه المطعم اللذي بالدور الثالث كان سئ أنا اتيت وهي ذهبت لم تدخلني ولم تعرفني على المكان. فذهبت لمكان آخر.

+ Everything was excellent👍🏼The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. I also loved the spa—it was relaxing and beautifully maintained. And I have to mention their Turkish Club Sandwich… it’s so delicious that I would come back just for it! 😋
− The only small disappointment was that, despite booking three rooms for around SAR 7,500, there was no room upgrade or even a small welcome gesture. It would have made the experience feel even more special. Other than that, everything was excellent 👌
