− A weird stand-alone building with bare land all around it- location is terrible. Then we had a faulty iron and it stained out clothes- we had it replaced. Our stained clothes were not compensated. Room service was terrible. We would turn on ‘room service’ and nothing would get done when we come back hours later so we had to call to get the room cleaned each time. The pressure in the rain shower was very bad. The dining area wasn’t always kept clean- crumbs on the seats, napkins and cutlery missing. Not much variety for the hot food- was the same daily. Staff were cold and had zero communication skills. No value for money- seemed like a waste! I’ve has better service at a 3 star hotel. Remember- the service makes a hotel 5 star not another marble slabbed reception.
