A good location and friendly staff,

+ I liked the location, the cool lobby and the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me find a driver to visit Taif after I had been stood up by the one I had arranged. I was refunded a night when I was travelling even though I had paid in advance. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the airconditioner worked welll.

− The rooms are very dated, tatty curtains and walls, dirty carpet, poor television sound and connection. Shower in both rooms overflows all over the bathroom floor when you have a shower for more than a minute!

I don’t recommend it.

+ Some staff were friendly.

− The bathroom was badly designed. The whole bathroom gets flooded easily whenever I take a shower. It’s an old hotel.
