+ Clean and comfortable

+ It is a little too much to walk you have to go to the clock tower to go to the haram other than that it was a perfect stay.

+ Everything in the Hotel is excellent

+ don’t book on line because they won’t give you your money back if you cancel your trip i booked on line and i paid extra for free cancellation by the end of the day they won’t give me my money back because this hotel is not refunding hotel i have bad experience with them they give me hard time

+ The restaurant manger was so rude and he doesn't know how to deal with customers He’s had very bad experience

+ Easy access to thr masjid, mall and shops. Great location.
