+ Hôtel propre, agréable et facilement accessible. Il y a des restaurants et des commerces juste en bas de l’hôtel. L’établissement dispose également de toutes les commodités : supermarché, coiffeur, piscine, salle de sport, kids club, etc.
Concernant les 10 derniers jours du Ramadan, il faut prévoir jusqu’à 2 heures d’avance pour rejoindre La Mecque à cause des routes bloquées par les autorités. La navette de l’hôtel doit s’arrêter à des stations imposées, puis il faut prendre les bus de La Mecque pour rejoindre le lieu sacré, surtout vers Salât al-Maghrib. Le retour se fait de la même manière, sinon il est possible de prendre un taxi privé.

Terrible Experience
+ Initially, it was okay. Check in was smooth and fast and the room was spacious.
− Poor communication from the Manager and his team. We came in from Haram at about 4am only to find out that part of the hotel had no light, we couldn't use the lift and our room is on the 20th floor, there was no WiFi, nothing. We had to pray Fajr in the mosque on the first floor, we couldn't access our room, we slept there in the mosque on bare rug like beggars. All the while, no single person explained what was going on to us.
The front desk Staff could not speak fluent English and didn't have much information. We were stranded for over 6 hours until someone helped us to our room through another set of lifts (this information was not available to us earlier). By the time we accessed our room, there was no light, nothing. It was a complete mess..
We eventually had to request for a change of room, we were downgraded as we were given a smaller room compared to what we paid for, the manager is such a racist, didn't attend to us well, infact he didn't answer us.
