+ Beautifully decorated hotel, Good location

+ What can I say, 8 out of 10 for effort to keep customers happy, the girl at the reception (sorry can't remember her name but wore aviator style glasses) upgraded us to an interconnected rooms... Staff: are really helpful and friendly. Facilities: "Spa" what spa? Location: Checked all the maps and routes before booking and when I say it's in a bad location I mean in a bad location, I mean to get to the zam zam tower it takes about 20 mins and 10 mins to the mosque to pray.

+ Tikal Jabal is a beautiful hotel with excellent rooms, service and breakfast. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Nasir Ali, Hossain, Jiban and kawsar helped us a lot during our stay. Will surely only stay here for our next visit.

+ Staff need to have client orientation and be more friendly to visitors.
