Makarem Umm Al Qura Hotel

− Just a suggestion.. I know its already mentioned that the waiting time for free shuttle is around 30-35 minutes but if you could make the waiting time a bit less then that would be really great.

− Very disappointing stay. The bed was not properly cleaned, and I found a cockroaches and a sticky substance on the bed. The morning bus service before Fajr was extremely unreliable, with waits of over 50 minutes to reach the Haram. The bathroom shampoo dispensers were empty and shared instead of single-use, which raises hygiene concerns. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, transportation, and guest hygiene.
