+ Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a very convenient location, only about a 15-minute walk to the Haram. They also provide a shuttle service every 30 minutes, which made getting to and from the Haram even easier. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional kindness of the staff. Everyone—from the shuttle bus drivers to the housekeeping, room service, buffet staff, and front desk team—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They all showed so much love to my son, Bilal, and by the end of our 5-day stay, everyone knew him by name. That personal touch meant a lot to our family. The room service staff were outstanding. Even when we forgot to request water, coffee, or other essentials, they would knock on our door and kindly ask if we needed anything. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I unfortunately forgot the name of the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in, but he deserves special recognition.
