Three Pearls Musalli Hotel

− Personalen upplevdes otrevliga, inte tillmötesgående. Väldigt mycket damm på fläkten och ovanför sänggaveln, rent där ögat kan se.. Frukosten var värdelös, väldigt liten utbud. En halvtimme innan frukosten stängde var nästan allt slut, vid ett tillfälle tog teet slut runt 40 min innan stängning, när vi frågade sa dom bara slut. Bilderna är missvidande! Absolut inte värt pengarna. Väldigt långt avstånd till Haram, runt 30 minuters promenad, kolla google maps. Dom har buss men bussen går väldigt sällan och lämnar en bra bit utanför haram vilket bara är tidsförlust, går snabbare att gå.

− I checked out after only one night because the hotel was not as described. The location information was misleading. The hotel was described as being 1.2 miles from Masjid Al Haram, but in practice the walking distance to the Haram entrance was much longer and not practical for my family. The shuttle service was also not as expected. It did not go directly to Masjid Al Haram, but only to Al-Masfalah parking area. From there, we still had to walk around 15–25 minutes to reach the Haram. The walking route was unsafe and inconvenient, including crossing busy roads near a highway ramp. The shuttle schedule was limited and did not fit well with prayer times. I checked out early and asked for a refund for the unused nights, but no refund was provided. The hotel also refused to provide written proof of my early check-out. Overall, the hotel was not suitable for my family, and I would not have booked it if the actual distance and shuttle arrangement had been clearly explained.
