− They charged me double payment. I booked my room via Booking.com and paid via card. But when I reached there after long traveling with my family riyadh to makkah. They said your payment not we received so you must pay us cash. But in my hand I show them all evidence which show I paid. They said you pay cash your money reverse in your account tonight but not reverse they not cooperating me about it still now no reverse payment..I m too much disappointed the staff and booking.com
