Sura Hagia Sophia Hotel

− The room we got on the 4th floor was not very comfortable. Too small for 3 a family of 3 and 3 luggages. The bed was ok though. No shower but a rather high bathtub. I wonder how elderly people can step in it. The cleaning of the room took too long untill the evening. The tap in the sink was leaking. On the terrace constantly music is playing. That would be ok but it were two songs playing at the same time. They seemed not to hear but as musicians it drived us crazy. Drinks and food were very expensive 10-12 Euro for a beer. A bottle of wine 50 Euro. Getting towels for the swimming pool: reception lady said ‘call 10 minutes before you go to the pool’. Ok I called. Another reception person said ‘we don’t do that. You will get them at the pool’. At the pool the lady said ‘towels must be brought from your room’. Breakfast was very crowdy and chaos. Seems everyone just book room and breakfast. Only few people book half board. No real buffet for dinner. Only a few choices but you can order

− En general està poc cuidat i li fan falta millores urgents que fan que es perdi la qualitat que s'espera per la categoria de l'allotjament. Per exemple, el terra del menjador i les habitacions estava bufat, l'aixeta d'un dels banys treia aigua pertot arreu... A més, en genral estava brut i varis dies en tornar al vespre vam haver d'avisar que no havien passat a fer l'habitació, les targetes es desprogramaven... Per altre part, tot i tenir ascensor, s'han de pujar i baixar escales per a accedir al vestíbul. Em va molestar força que et vulguin vendre tota mena d'excursions només arribar. A més, mentre estàs esmorzant cada dia et ve una noia a intentar vendre't més coses, posant mil pegues sobre com arribar als llocs per a que contractis els seus paquets d'excursions. Tampoc m'agrada la "moda" d'alguns hostes de baixar a esmorzar en pijama. Crec que no s'hauria de permetre enlloc, i menys en un establiment de "5" estrelles.
