+ What a fabulous hotel. Our room, with balcony, overlooking the Bosphorus was superb, immaculate, beautifully designed with a well-equipped and very lavish bathroom. Sadly we only stayed one night before continuing our journey but we will definitely return. We only have good memories of our stays with the Shanghai-La Hotel Group and think that one of their USPs is their exceptional customer service and warm welcome from all members of the team. You are really made to feel as if you are a most welcome guest.

+ We stayed at the hotel as a family with our two children, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The facilities were luxurious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The hotel's location is exceptional, offering breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. Every member of the staff was warm, kind, professional, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the excellent service at IST TOO Restaurant, where the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Ms. Cansu Büyük from Guest Relations. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. We are also very thankful to Mr. Alper Kutluata, the Duty Manager, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and a true gentleman. These two wonderful individuals represent the outstanding hospitality of the entire hotel team and made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
