У нас был круиз и мы выбрали отель прям напротив терминала. Удобно.
+ Расположение в красивейшем месте, в районе Галатпорта. В пешей доступности - галата, Истикляль, Каракой... Около отеля остановка трамвая 1Т.Сам отель красивый, отличные завтраки с обалденными видами с 8 этажа. Номер большой, есть чайник и чайные принадлежности, тапочки, туалетные принадлежности. У нас был номер на 6 этаже с видом на порт. С утра созерцали наш лайнер. Персонал приветливый, вай фай работал без проблем. Рекомендую, особенно круизерам. Цена конечно не бюджетная,но если выбирать комфорт, эстетику, то однозначно сюда.

+ The location was absolutely perfect, literally right in front of Galataport. The view was amazing.
− The only negative experience was with one of the staff members I spoke to on the phone before my stay. She was very rude, unprofessional, and not suitable for dealing with guests. Also, the bed was unfortunately not as clean as I expected. I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, so I hope they improve this aspect for future guests. Fortunately, the rest of my stay was pleasant.

Hotel con excelente ubicación
+ Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en el Port Bosphorus Hotel. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal fue muy amable y atento. Aunque hubo un inconveniente con la habitación que habíamos reservado, el hotel respondió de manera muy profesional y nos ofreció una excelente solución, asignándonos dos habitaciones con terraza sin costo adicional. Valoramos mucho la disposición y el compromiso del equipo para garantizar que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda.
Las instalaciones del hotel son modernas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas. Además, su ubicación es ideal para recorrer Estambul y disfrutar de la ciudad. El desayuno fue uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó: muy completo, con una gran variedad de opciones frescas y de excelente calidad, perfecto para empezar el día.
En general, fue una estancia muy agradable gracias a la atención del personal, la calidad de las instalaciones y la forma en que manejaron la situación con nuestra reserva. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este hotel a quienes visiten Estambu
