I was comfortable and felt at home.
+ I liked that it was central and the staff were professional and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the linen is very clean. The staff attended us and made sure we were comfortable in every way possible.
This is our second time staying at Marble hotel and I can’t wait to be back. There is great public transport that makes it easy to travel all around Istanbul

− Un poco de ruido en la noche , el desayuno falta tener otras leches como deslactosada, o de almendra, avena para los intolerantes. No ví endulzantes tipo estevia, un poco de mejoría en el desayuno , la calidad de las carnes frias

I stayed here for one week, and the entire stay was ruined by constant construction and renovation work INSIDE the hotel. From morning until evening, there was nonstop drilling and loud construction noise. I was recovering from surgery and was forced to spend most of my time in the room listening to hours of unbearable noise every single day. This is completely unacceptable. If you're carrying out major renovations, you should either close that section of the hotel or at the very least warn guests before they book.
The air conditioning was another joke. I couldn't even turn it on myself. Every single time I wanted the AC on, I had to call reception to activate it. Imagine having to call the front desk multiple times a day just to use something as basic as air conditioning.
To make matters worse, the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. The smell was disgusting and made the room feel dirty.
