− Our 13-night stay fell well below our expectations. We were moved to four different rooms because of problems, including an incorrect bed setup, water leaks, and poor room conditions. Housekeeping was inconsistent, breakfast quality did not meet expectations, and a personal item went missing after housekeeping serviced one of our rooms. Although I reported the issue immediately and later requested a partial refund by email, the hotel did not provide a meaningful investigation or respond to my request.

− Also the location is full of coffee and resturent that might deceive tourist for prices, and I found that the hotel did not provide any information for good fair places which were not very far.
