Those three words perfectly summarise what makes this hotel stand out. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. I’d especially like to recognise Kaan, both Omers, and Eren, who consistently went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help truly set this hotel apart.
The location is another major highlight, with most of Istanbul’s iconic landmarks just a five-minute walk away, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Finally, the terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views that are simply unmatched. Combined, these qualities make this a hotel I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul.
− There wasn’t anything I actively disliked about the property. If I had to mention one thing, a swimming pool would have been a nice addition, although I appreciate that’s not always practical for a city-centre hotel.
My only advice for future guests is that, because the hotel is in such a prime location, many of the nearby restaurants charge premium prices. The food was excellent, but as someone from London, I found some restaurants to be similarly priced—or even slightly more expensive than what I’d expect back home.
