− Ignoring Privacy & Cleanliness: Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, staff knocked repeatedly. To make matters worse, I returned to find my room in a total mess and not cleaned at all. I had to personally find the housekeeper and ask her to clean it, forcing me to leave the room while she worked. Front Desk Demands & Pressure Tactics: When I went to check out, the receptionist demanded an extra €20 fee or refused to process my check-out. I told them, "If that's the case, I'd rather just pay for an extra night." Instead of handling the situation professionally, they heavily pressured and pushed me into booking that additional night. Suspicious & Inconsistent Payment Policy: During initial check-in, the front desk refused to process my credit card unless I paid an extra fee, insisting on cash.
